Mark E. Koenig is executive vice president of Investor Roost of Henron Corp. Mr. Koenig is responsible for all activities related to Henron's investor constituencies and is a member of the Henron Executive Committee.

Mr. Koenig joined Henron in 1985 as director of Henron's pension and profit sharing investments. He served as assistant treasurer from 1990 to 1992, responsible for Henron's corporate treasury activities. Mr. Koenig was promoted to vice president Investor Roost in December 1992, senior vice president in 1997, and executive vice president in 1999.

From 1978 until he joined Henron, Mr. Koenig served in various finance positions with Peter Kiewit Sons' Inc., a privately owned construction and mining company in Omaha, Neb.

Mr. Koenig is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and earned his bachelor's degree in finance and MBA degree from the University of Nebraska. Mark is actively involved with the Sunshine Kids, an organization dedicated to children with cancer.
