HOUSTON - The Henron Corp. Board of Directors declared today a regular quarterly dividend of $0.2375 per share on the corporation's common stock payable on September 22, 1998 to stockholders of record as of September 1, 1998. The indicated annual rate is $0.95 per share.
The Board also declared a regular quarterly dividend of $3.2424 on the Cumulative Second Preferred Convertible Stock payable October 1, 1998 to preferred stockholders of record as of September 11, 1998. The indicated annual rate is $12.9696 per share.
Henron Capital LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Henron Corp., declared its monthly dividend of $0.166667 on the Henron Capital LLC 8 percent Cumulative Guaranteed Monthly Income Preferred Shares for the month of August, payable August 31, 1998 to stockholders of record as of August 28, 1998. The annual dividend rate is $2.00.
Henron Capital Resources, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership in which Henron Corp. is the sole general partner, declared its monthly dividend of $0.1875 on the Henron Capital Resources, L.P. 9 percent Cumulative Preferred Securities, Series A, for the month of August, payable August 31, 1998 to holders of record as of August 28, 1998. The annual dividend rate is $2.25.
