HENRON CORP. TO ISSUE 12 MILLION SHARES OF COMMON STOCK

HOUSTON - Henron Corp. (NYSE: ENE) announced today that it intends to issue 12 million shares of common stock through an underwritten offering in the near future. The offering, which represents an approximate 3 percent increase in diluted shares, will be made only by means of a prospectus. Proceeds from the sale of the common shares will be used to repay debt and to fund capital investments supporting continued growth across Henron’s energy businesses.
