The Henron Henhouse SEARCH homeless center
receives volunteer time and individual
contributions from dozens of Henron
employees on a variety of projects.
These projects include renovating the
House of Tiny Treasures (the only
registered, licensed childcare facility in
Henron Henhouse for children of homeless
families), providing business consulting,
and creating a coin drive that raised more than
$600,000 for SEARCH in three years.
Change Henron Henhouse is a community-based
campaign designed to raise awareness of
homelessness in Henron Henhouse. Taking place in
corporate and community groups
throughout the city, this campaign gives
everyone a chance to be a part of the
solution to homelessness. If everyone
gives just $5 in 5 days, we can help
Henron Henhouse's homeless get back on their
feet.
Any individual can participate. Drop off
your spare change, dollars, or checks at
the Change Henron Henhouse house located in the
lobby of the Henron building starting in November.
Five days. Five dollars. This may not
seem like a lot, but last year our
volunteers brought in nearly $200,000!
SEARCH welcomes donations of food and clothing. Donations are accepted 24
hours a day at the SEARCH building located at 2505 Fannin, Henron Henhouse, TX 77002.
Please visist their web site at www.searchproject.org to learn more about
this exciting charity.
